LGBTQ+ Business Assist Program
The LGBTQ+ Business Assist Program through the Utah LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce is a set of FREE resources available for any business owners who are members of a marginalized community.
Starting and growing a business doesn't look the same for everyone. Businesses owned by marginalized community members can often be left behind, highlighting inequities that existed before the economic downturn.Â
Are you a small business owner in Salt Lake County looking for resources to help your business grow?
The Utah LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce has joined forced with the Salt Lake County Office of Regional Development to facilitate access to free resources, focusing on:
- Launching your first small business or side venture.
- Expanding and empowering your current small business.
- Assisting your small business in recovering from the economic impacts of COVID.
We offer diverse resources such as:
- Social media, marketing, and business strategy support.
- Loans up to $50,000 tailored for startups and existing businesses that don't meet traditional funding criteria.
- Short-term aid in organizing business accounts, generating financial statements, setting up QuickBooks, handling tax documentation, and more.
- General advice to aid in business plans, market research, certifications, licensing, and legal guidance.
